1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window starting from the date the product is marked as delivered to your address. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we regret that we cannot offer you a return, exchange, or refund.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a successful return or size exchange, the item must meet the following mandatory conditions:
- iThe garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, blemishes, or odors.
- iiThe garment must be in its original brand packaging with all tags, labels, and sacred ritual folding intact.
- iiiItems purchased during promotional flash sales or custom-tailored bespoke garments may be exempt from standard returns unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
