2. Agreement to Terms of Use

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with MARYADA ETHNICS and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires 'you', 'your' or 'user' shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/buyer on the Platform.

3. Products, Descriptions & Cultural Garments

MARYADA ETHNICS specializes in pure ritual wear and contemporary Indian cultural garments (including Pooja Dhotis, Sacred Sarees, Dupattas, and Ritual Sets). We make every effort to display the colors, fabric textures, and details of our garments accurately on our Platform.

Please note that natural fibers, traditional weaves, and screen resolutions across devices may produce slight color or texture variations, which are intrinsic to handcrafted cultural textiles.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on MARYADA ETHNICS are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of all statutory applicable taxes (GST), unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders & Payment Processing

When placing an order on our Platform, you agree to provide complete, accurate billing and shipping information. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Payments are processed securely through accredited third-party payment gateway service providers including PhonePe and authorized banking partners. We support UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Net Banking.

MARYADA ETHNICS does not store your confidential payment credentials (such as CVV or UPI PINs). All transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with RBI guidelines.

6. Cancellation, Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Please review our dedicated customer policies for detailed terms regarding order fulfillment and resolution:

• Shipping & Delivery Policy: Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and delivered across India within 4-7 business days. Free shipping applies on eligible orders.
• Refund & Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted before order dispatch within 7 days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 7 business days.
• Return & Exchange Policy: We offer a 7-day return and exchange window for unused, unworn items in original packaging with intact tags.
• Privacy Policy: Explains how your personal data is collected, stored, and protected in compliance with Indian laws.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The contents of the Platform, including but not limited to the brand logo, trademarks, product designs, curated visual aesthetics, text, photography, and layout, are the exclusive intellectual property of MARYADA ETHNICS. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct & Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or forbidden by these Terms or applicable laws in India. You agree not to interfere with the security, network, or server infrastructure of the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, MARYADA ETHNICS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MARYADA ETHNICS, its founders, directors, employees, and logistics partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms of Use or applicable law.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, governmental restrictions, or postal/transportation network failures.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
